Most orders under 16 oz ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders over 16 oz ship via USPS Priority Mail (unless they contain perfumer's alcohol, in which case they ship via USPS Ground Advantage)
Orders with alcohol-based perfumes may ship via UPS Ground, depending on what’s inside and where it’s going.
You'll receive a tracking number when your package ships.
If USPS loses it... I'm sorry. I really am. But I don’t offer refunds or replacements for lost mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, I am not able to ship any items to Europe. While demand is high, the EU has imposed very strict import and labeling regulations for perfumes, cosmetics, and small businesses. As a one person operation, this is not something I can manage compliantly now or in the foreseeable future.
For other international destinations, shipping is calculated after your order is weighed and the label is printed. Any shipping overage is gladly refunded. I do not always have every country available, as shipping costs and restrictions vary widely. If your location is not listed, feel free to reach out.
International orders ship via USPS First Class International or GlobalPost.
I do not replace or refund international orders that are lost in transit or seized by customs.
Tracking will be sent once your package is on the move.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. I cannot keep up with regulations for every region, and they change frequently.
And yes, just to be clear: I will never mark an item as a “gift” unless it actually is one. From me. Please don’t ask me to commit mail fraud. 🙃
Orders ship to the address you provide. If it's wrong and the package disappears, I can’t replace it—unless the error was mine, or the package boomerangs back to me.
