Most orders under 16 oz ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders over 16 oz ship via USPS Priority Mail (unless they contain perfumer's alcohol, in which case they ship via USPS Ground Advantage)
Orders with alcohol-based perfumes may ship via UPS Ground, depending on what’s inside and where it’s going.
You'll receive a tracking number when your package ships.
If USPS loses it... I'm sorry. I really am. But I don’t offer refunds or replacements for lost mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, I do not ship to Europe due to VAT/Brexit messiness.
For other destinations: shipping is calculated after your order is weighed and a label is printed. Any overage? Gladly refunded.
International orders go out via USPS First Class International
I do not replace or refund orders lost in transit or seized by customs.
Tracking will be sent once your package is on the move.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their own country. I can’t keep up with the rules in every region (and they change often).
And yes, just to be clear: I will never mark an item as a “gift” unless it actually is one. From me. Please don’t ask me to commit mail fraud. 🙃
